I. Main Purpose
HS-VM Super Fine Vibrating Grinding Machine HS-VM series can effectively crush any fibrous material with high toughness, high hardness or certain moisture content.
It is especially suitable for traditional Chinese medicine cell wall breaking and other materials that aim to improve the bioavailability of drugs and can not meet the required fineness by conventional methods.
II. Application
1. Ultra fine grinding of non-metallic minerals; Cell wall breaking processing of plants and traditional Chinese medicine; Metal oxide, chemical industry, building materials and other industries.
2. Mineral ultrafine grinding: kaolin, graphite, calcite, feldspar, quartz, barite, tremolite, talc, tourmaline, etc.
3. Plant and traditional Chinese medicine cell wall breaking processing: dehydrated vegetables, fruits and traditional Chinese medicine cell wall breaking and crushing to produce functional micro powder.
4. Building materials: concrete admixture, ultra-fine cement, color cement, fly ash cement, ceramic materials, etc.
